Villa Vårvinga is a thoughtfully designed house, suitable for both warm and cold  climates, accommodating the entire family. Recognizing varying family sizes,  we offer two sizes of the same house. Both layouts feature staggered house  bodies, creating inviting and functional spaces indoors and outdoors.  

The open living room facilitates a place where you can socialise with the  family while preparing the evening's dinner party. The adjoining terrace  provides an excellent setting for dining, with the option to unwind in front  of the fireplace or in the adjacent spacious bedroom. Additional comfortable  sleeping spaces are available for the younger ones in the bedroom and loft,  while extra bedrooms cater to guests on the ground floor.

Villa Vårvinga's adaptability is a standout feature. Options include a  sauna package and preparation for a wood-burning stove, offering the  possibility to enjoy a crackling fire. Built turnkey in Modulhus' factory,  the house is delivered in two modules and assembled on-site, a process  completed within 1-3 days.
