Our catalogue contains an ever-growing number of home designs, catering to different styles, needs, and landscapes. All designs are precalculated and priced by the construction companies building them. Therefore, you know exactly how much the home costs and what is included in the price.

Request a quotation, containing all information about your home, the construction process, pricing, and all companies involved.
Following, plan a meeting with Haaven to discuss your unique project, where we walk you once more through the construction process and answer all your questions.

This locally experienced Home Advisor oversees the assembly of the structural parts of your home, building permits, and guides you through the decision-making process for the turnkey finishes, from heating systems to kitchen and bathroom elements.
While the Home Advisor is your main point of contact and in direct contact with the production facility and other professionals needed to build your home, Haaven is always present to step in whenever you need.
Production begins.
The engineers and production facilities now get to work to ensure the structural soundness of the design and produce high-quality elements in prefab factories around Europe.
Within 15 weeks, your home is transported to your land plot and assembled in no more than two weeks. In the meanwhile, your Home Advisor will find the right partner to build the home’s foundations.
Any questions or issues which might arise at this stage will be gladly handled by the Home Advisor. In case they can’t figure it out alone, Haaven and its European network of professionals and construction companies is always here for support.
Finishing touches.
Once the home is in place, it’s time to make it yours. Your Home Advisor will support you through all the decisions you will need to make to turn a raw-advanced house in a turnkey home.
This stage is completely tailored to your personal wishes, however, the Home Advisor will ensure a smooth process and remain your key point of contact to offer advice whenever needed.
Now that your new dream home is ready to be moved in, all there’s left to do for us is hand you the keys and hand you your bottle of champagne.
