Arc2 architects has developed a series of Tiny Houses to address the rising demand for living space among starters. Both in urban and rural areas, there are residual spaces where clusters of Tiny Houses could be built. They are modular and prefabricated, allowing them to be transported whole and placed on a removable foundation. They have the quality of permanent housing, but it's also possible to place them temporarily. They are fully circular and biobased, built according to ecological principles. The roof provides space for solar panels, and thanks to high-quality insulation combined with efficient installations, the houses are energy-neutral and offer high living comfort.
Tiny Barn House
The Tiny Barn House is a compact barn-style home of 36 square meters spread over 2 levels. The footprint of the house is merely 20 square meters. Four of these units linked together form the volume of a large barn.
